Red Door Cabin

While staying at Red Door Cabins you will enjoy breathtaking views, amazing rock formations, beautiful pine and aspen trees, a firepit, silence and stars. Have fun finding pieces of petrified wood, geodes, wild berries, and mushrooms on the property and surrounding area. You will get visited by deer, squirrels, maybe a family of foxes and occasionally local black bear or two. So, don’t forget your camera! Perfect, cozy, early 1900’s Bunkhouse. Comfortable Western decor. Off the beaten path, just a few miles from restaurants and shopping. Fenced in area for dog. 45 mins to Colorado Springs, minutes to the National Monument and National Forest. Landmark rock formation and views of Pikes Peak and the continental divide from the property. Miles of hiking trails and world class fly fishing nearby. We would be happy to tell you about all our favorite places to hike, eat and play in the area.

Our cabin is on 6 acres. The setting is quiet and private with amazing sunsets and wide open views, including mountains. The kitchen has lots of convenient work space on granite counter tops and an island. It opens to a great room with a lovely hearth that holds a wood burning stove. One bathroom has a large roll in shower with two shower heads. There are 2 decks and a third large area with a hot tub. Windows abound. Many adaptability features.
