Charming, Barn Apartment on Farm, with Animals

Our charming and rustic guest apartment is built into half of our 8 stable horse barn on our 5 acre farm. If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Vero Beach, our guest suite is perfect. Built in 2015, it has one queen bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living area, kitchenette, a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor area to enjoy the farm, such as our fish pond, small chicken range, miniature silky fainting goats and horse Mr T. We are in the country, but close the beaches and Dodgertown.

New location in sleepy little Sebastian, Florida. Come and experience what old school Florida was like before the population boom! Romance Cottage is a delightful two bedroom, two bathroom home located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home features a large master bedroom with master bath and a king bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Screened in back porch and large yard. The home owners live less than a mile away. Located close to the beach, shopping, waterside restaurants and bars.

Come enjoy this bright, fully equipped 2/2 with a open floor plan and fenced private yard. Property is located at the end of the street with plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for a more central location 5 min to Vero’s best beach, shopping, and downtown art district and restaurants. Check out my other listings. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Home Away from Home! Cozy and comfortable

Secure sanctuary with privacy fence. With all the comforts of home with a smart TV, full kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. The sofa does not make into a bed. We are "Super Hosts", and we love hosting and provide, a cost effective place to stay. Close to great fishing!! Our space has parking for a boat and trailer..We are close to I-95 Sebastian Airport is close. No children,No overnight guests,No smoking on property. Septic gauge located inside must be checked bi-weekly

No cleaning fee! This private home is exactly what you need for any occasion from work to relaxation.
