Embrace the laid-back style of this coastal home. The residence features an urban chic interior aesthetic, wood finishes, blue hues echoing a beach theme, an open-plan living area, a BBQ terrace, and large, spacious master suite and patio. With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick, has a cough or any symptoms, please notify me immediately. Steps to the sand with all the beach gear you need. beautifully decorated one bedroom condo 150 yards to the sand. Great location , walking distance to everything, 7 min walk north of the pier. Newer 55" smart TV in the living room and also one in the bedroom. Enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine on the balcony with a view. Designated parking spot, laundry facilities , surf boards, body boards as well as stand up paddle boards for your use. Umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and beach towels.

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs bay front condo on Newport Beach's Harbor with a view of the Historical Balboa Pavilion Building and looking directly at Balboa Island. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea! This ocean view property is a 5 min. walk to the pier; beaches and a 10 min. walk to charming downtown. You will find amazing restaurants, wine bars and excellent shopping. Every Sunday, there is a Farmers Market. The first Sunday of every month, features an Arts & Craft fair. All for your enjoyment! Our beaches are famous for surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, & swimming. The beach trail is excellent for a nice morning run.
