Guests from New York City, New England and around the world travel by air and sea to unwind in style under our historic roof. Our award-winning inn makes the perfect home base for romantic retreats to the island in spring, summer and autumn. Plan your visit and see what's new to do, taste and enjoy on Nantucket. Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. The Tivoli Inn is a charming Victorian Gingerbread house. The inn is walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants, in-season ferry terminals, beach, and public transportation. This listing is 3 bedrooms of 6 bedrooms at the Tivoli Inn. These are the family/group travel rooms which share 1 full bathroom, 1 lovely outdoor shower, and an extra sink in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Bring your flip flops to enjoy the outdoor shower! There are 3 full size beds and one twin bed...a total of 4 beds.

Deluxe Queen at Ginkgo House

This sun-filled large bedroom is situated on the second floor our large Victorian-style house. It has four large windows with ample natural light and a view of our lovely ginkgo trees in the front. The room has one queen bed, and two twin beds for a perfect family stay up to four people, two adults and two children. This centrally situated house is only 7 minute walk from the red line subway station, 10 minute walk to Harvard, and a WholeFoods within 5 minute walk.
