Private parking is located in the yard of the house and you have a nice terrace that can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen. The house was built in 1959 and everything was newly renovated. The entire area is air-conditioned. Bijeca sandy beach is 1 kilometer away. The bus stop is 100 meters away.
