Situated on a glorious twelve hectare private, nature and water-fronted site on the Swartvlei lagoon, along the lakes between George and Knysna. The double-storey main house has 180 degree views from the deck and open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. It can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children in 3 en-suite bedrooms. There are 2 cabins which sleep up to 4 additional guests in each one. PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL COST APPLIES. The cabins are an add-on to the main house only. Max 12 guests.

Basic seaside cottage in Sedgefield

Basic seaside cottage on the waters edge with views over the lagoon. Walking distance from the lagoon mouth. A 2 minute walk to semi-private beach access directly from below the cottage. 15 minutes walk to town. Located in a Milkwood grove. Private deck with very good views over the lagoon. A large variety of bird-life due to forest and lagoon proximity. Unfortunately, the cottage is accessed via an uneven pathway through the grove so is not recommended for guest with special mobility needs.

Lagoonside - Torbie Apartment

The apartment is above our garage and we have the benefit of solar power. We're about 2-4km from shops and restaurants, beach and family-friendly activities like the famous Saturday morning markets. We offer good beds, peace and quiet, kayaking, (a 2man kayak available), natural surroundings central to the Garden Route, only a 20 minute drive to Knysna, which is half way to Plettenberg Bay. Also 15 minutes to Wilderness Village, 40 minutes to George airport and about an hour to Oudtshoorn

Our Middle apartment is an idyllic space for couples. It comprises an en-suite bedroom with a king size bed, opening out on a private patio with outdoor furniture, a Weber braai - and magnificent lake views! The open-plan kitchen and dining/lounge area with large-screen TV invites you to simply unwind and relax. Load-shedding woes are left behind with uninterrupted WiFi, and solar power ensures the lights are always on! Swim, fish, hike - it's all here! Your trained dog is welcome too.

Belvidere Lagoon front position with solar power.

We are on the lagoon front in Belvidere Estate's quiet and safe surroundings. The apartment is self catering with lounge, dining area,small kitchen and bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower .The local pub, The Bell is just a short stroll away as well as popular Oakleaf bistro serving delicious healthy meals , cakes and coffee. Step out the gate and take a walk around the lagoon to the jetty and Belvidere village or just relax on your private patio and enjoy the view.

The house has 5 available bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
