The Film Shack: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

Truly an idyllic location, the perfect retreat for a lover of the outdoors but also close to cultural offerings. Less than 10 minutes to downtown North Adams and Mass MOCA. Williamstown and the Clark Art Institute are nearby as well. Plenty of long or short hikes, scenic walks and bike rides as well as local restaurants and shops that are easily accessible.

If you like the outdoors, you will love the easy access to ski slopes, hiking and biking trails.

Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2-1/2-bathroom vacation rental nested in 2.7 acres of woods, yet conveniently located in the city of North Adams. A 5 minute walk from Windsor Lake, a 15 minute walk to MASS MoCA, and a close drive to many restaurants. The house is kid friendly, basketball hoop, soccer goal, and games. We are close to ski resorts, as well hiking and biking trails, including Mount Greylock. PET FEE. PERMISSION NEEDED.

Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

Updated and renovated in 2021! Many local snowmobile trails and ski resorts too! Heated garage and 2nd driveway for larger trucks/trailer or RV's.

Our 10-year old open, airy house is, located in a woodsy clearing. The hard-pack roads are well-kept year 'round. Private lakes are clean. Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow are nearby. Ski in winter. Hike state parks or Appalachian trail. We require that our guests and members of the party to be in the guest house verify vaccination against the COVID-19 virus; or documented test results of "negative" in 3 days or less from the check-in date.
