This is a light and airey penthouse apt with an open plan lounge/kitchen modern furnishings and floor to ceiling windows with Juliet balconies. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe and hanging space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobe and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. The fully integrated kitchen has all the required utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave glassware etc. There is secure parking and an elevator.
