Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. House is all renovated(2019-2020). house is near the sea,about 30 m.each room looking on the sea.House have AC.there is a beautiful garden(150m2garden+terrace) for guests and terrace.. My place is quite and homey. It has a great location, just 2 steps from the sea. It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available.

Stone House on the SEASIDE

This carefully restored 3 bedroomed house with air conditioning and every modern convenience, is located in a small properties beside the sea in Orahovac, a quiet village in the most select part of the remarkably beautiful Kotor Bay, a World Heritage Site. At the rear, a garden has parking for one car; at the front, a small terrace and lawns extend 5 metres to the sea. The coast is uncrowded and very safe for children.
