The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Holly Cottage is a charming, Grade II listed, 3-double-bedroom house (sleeps 6) in the historic village of Edington, Wiltshire. It has a private south-facing walled garden, off-street parking, and is close to an award-winning village pub plus numerous local attractions. Most of the year we allow ‘Instant Book’ stays of 2+ nights (except for Thurs and Monday check-ins when we require 3+ nights).
