Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. The house offers great accommodation for up to 8 guests. No more than 6 adults will be accepted. It offers a spacious living area, and indoor/outdoor flow. One Tree Point Retreat.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Four bedrooms, plus separate media room with fold out couch. Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. Outside has a trampoline, plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to feel they can have their own space. A quick walk to a restaurant and four square. House is located in the marina subdivision.
