Located just 3 mins walk away from the Shangri-La mall and 5 mins from Sukhbaatar Square. Surrounded by numerous embassies such as the Japanese and Czech, which contributes to its safety. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Very spacious place with a master bedroom and bathroom. The bed is extra large and can accommodate 3 people. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. The landlord lives next door, so please feel free to contact her. The kitchen has basic cooking.

Our place is a cute studio that has all the amenities you need and is an easy walk to Sukhbaatar Square and the heart of Ulaanbaatar. It makes any work/business event easy to get to with no sweat. It has a convenient bodega on the first floor for small day-day items and is a 5 min walk to "emart" a large supermarket and IELTS Airport pick-up for a fee available Comes with everything you need for an easy stay. If we don't have it, we can try to supply it! Perfect for a couple or one person.
