Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic Trevignano Romano, a short 5 minute stroll to Lake Bracciano and its tranquil beaches. Perfect for those looking for relaxation, nature and authentic food in winter and summer. Casa Sandia is a lovingly renovated, stylish split-level apartment that comfortably sleeps four people. Just an hour’s drive from central Rome, Trevignano Romano is a gorgeous and historic village with a quaint, cobbled old town, full of restaurants and cafes serving local cuisine.

Bright flat, named CINQUEGATTI, with breath-taking views over Rome and Castel Gandolfo. The flat is located in a 19th century villa with a panoramic terrace. It is divided on 2 floors. On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

Delizioso e romantico cottage ottimo per riservatezza e discrezione a 50 mt dal lago. Immerso nel verde degli ulivi con facile accesso alla spiaggia privata. Stanze arredate in stile shabby, per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno, cucina attrezzata. Per offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione lettini in spiaggia gratuiti e la possibilità di pranzo su prenotazione. Colazione inclusa.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
