Point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses balades, non loin des lacs de Robertville et de Butgenbach mais aussi du château de Reinhardstein. A moins de 10 minutes de la très agréable ville de Malmedy. Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Holiday home, 10 pers, 5 rooms each with private bathroom, toilet and TV. Very nice valley view. Heated outdoor swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with wood stove. Covered terrace, BBQ, garden furniture. Free Wifi access. Arrival possible from 4pm, departure possible until late afternoon. Parties and drink parties are not allowed. We prefer to avoid youth groups. We ask our guests to respect our house, nature and tranquillity.

This king size apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 1809 stone farmhouse. Fully equipped kitchen, living-room-lounge, sleeping room with kingsize bed and private bathroom with washingbasin/shower/toilet. One toilet in the corridor. Sauna with wood-heated oven (45€ for 2 hours with access to pond, wood & towels for two). Private parking. Charging station for electric cars (using Smappee payment app).

A holiday in a delightful 19th century farmhouse.

Onze gasten kunnen in alle rust en privacy verblijven in het achterste deel van onze ecologisch gerenoveerde langgevelhoeve uit 1851. De hoeve heeft een 1 ha grote kindvriendelijke tuin met biologische moestuin, hoogstamboomgaard, geiten- en schapenweide, hooiland,stro-lemen stal. De omgeving is een wandel en fietsparadijs tussen rijkelijke kastelen, boomgaarden , weilanden en mooie haspengouwse dorpjes.

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
