I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. Comenzaremos temprano por la mañana, los buscaremos por el alojamiento donde estén alojados. Visitaremos tres bodegas en total en Luján de Cuyo. Elegimos las bodegas cuidadosamente para brindar la mejor experiencia, tratamos de escapar de las bodegas con mucho marketing para poder ofrecer la mejor experiencia privada. Buscamos bodegas con la mejor calidad humana y con una gran variedad de vinos para ofrecer con la mejor calidad. Cada bodega es diferente a la otra para que no dejen de sorprenderse en cada lugar. Tendremos un almuerzo que incluye bebida, entrada, plato principal y postre, todo maridado con vinos diferentes. Después de esto, volveremos a nuestra querida ciudad. Tendremos un día maravilloso lleno de aprendizaje, los lugares que visitaremos realmente son muy bien seleccionados para que tengas la mejor experiencia. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The dificult level and how longs it take, depends on you :) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We go to an area where normally there are no other humans, which gives us more chances to observe wildlife.

I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. Esta es una experiencia BASE, a partir de ella podemos hacer muchísimas actividades mas. Comenzamos por ruta provincial 82 desde Mendoza hasta Cacheuta para visitar el puente colgante; de allí a pocos minutos y pasando por unos caracoles llegaremos al dique Potrerillos donde tendremos una vista excepcional del mismo con las montañas de fondo. Seguiremos por la ruta 7 hasta el Valle de Uspallata donde haremos una breve parada para seguir hasta Puente del Inca, de allí haremos una visita al Parque Provincial Aconcagua avistando el Coloso de América; podremos llegar al Cristo Redentor y luego volver a Uspallata para almorzar. Regresamos por Cruz de Paramillo, Minas de Paramillo y Abismo del Indio avistando guanacos, cóndores, zorros y choiques. Luego bajaremos por los caracoles de Villavicencio hasta regresar a Mendoza * Opcionales Paseo en Velero en Potrerillos - 2 y 1/2 horas (solo fines de semana) Subida al Cristo Redentor - 1 y 1/2 horas (supeditado al clima) Entrada al Parque Provincial Aconcagua y recorrido por laguna Espejo y Horcones - 2 horas Cabalgata en Uspallata de - 2 y 1/2 horas Visita a las minas de Paramillo con recorrido de las minas - 2 y 1/2 horas Es una experiencia tranquila a un ritmo lento, pudiendo detenernos donde deseen para disfrutar al máximo. Cabalgata en el atardecer, involucra una experiencia distinta, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Prepara tu caballo; cabalga en el lejano oeste de argentina, y en la mitad del recorrido, será momento de ayudar al gaucho a buscar leña, hacer el fuego y aprender a realizar un asado rústico en el medio del campo con sólo un cuchillo y pan. La jornada termina luego de cuatro horas de cabalgata.

La experiencia que estoy ofreciendo es un recorrido a pie, de la mano de un apasionado de la historia mendocina. La huella de los nativos, inmigrantes y visitantes se encuentra plasmada en nuestra Ciudad. Lograron convertir el árido desierto, en la Ciudad más importante del oeste argentino y una de las capitales mundiales del vino ¿Cómo fue posible todo esto? Para descubrirlo Visitaremos el Pasaje San Martín, la Peatonal Sarmiento, la Plaza España, la calle Emilio Civit, y el Parque General San Martín. During this walk, we are going to know the history of Mendoza. I'm going to show you iconic places. Pasaje San Martín, Peatonal Sarmiento (pedestrian street), España Square, Emilio Civit street, and finally the Parque General San Martin (The Park). If you up to, we can prepare a mate.(optional)

Visitará las típicas Dunas del Desierto que se encuentran en la Reserva Natural Altos Limpios, a 90 km de la ciudad de Mendoza. Posteriormente conoceremos la Reserva Natural del Bosque Teleteca. Nos dirigiremos al pueblo de raíces de los pueblos originarios, los huarpes, llamado "Asunción". Realizarás una caminata de 30 minutos, conociendo la flora y fauna típica de las tierras secas, con la explicación de Noelia. Si llegas el 17 y 18 de agosto habrá fiestas religiosas típicas, bailes y comidas tradicionales. Y durante el resto del año conoceremos las costumbres y la forma de organizar la ciudad. En el camino apreciaremos la flora y fauna nativa, así como la cultura e historia de los pueblos Huarpes que encierran. Allí conocerá las costumbres típicas y la principal actividad económica de subsistencia de los ganaderos, la crianza de cabras. Puedes probar todo lo que ofrecen, como Chivo a la llama y Empanadas. Te invitamos empanadas de cortesía de la experiencia.

Esta mágica y llena de secretos es una experiencia de 12 horas reloj con 5 horas de paradas y 7 horas arriba del auto. Tendrás explicación personalizada mientras paseas por pueblos de Los Andes, Potrerillos, Uspallata, Penitentes (centro de Ski), Puente del Inca y Parque Aconcagua. Conocerás escondites con secretos a la vista del camino, donde podrás emocionarte al encontrar arte rupestre de los Incas en su paso por nuestra tierra, en petroglifos a metros de ti. Llegaremos al famoso Puente del Inca, Puente Natural de origen biomineral sobre el río Cuevas y está incluido en el sistema vial andino “Qhapac Ñan” –Camino del Inca- y por lo tanto integra un sitio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Luego pararemos en el Parque Provincial Aconcagua, admirando el punto más alto de la Cordillera de Los Andes en América. Entre las 14 y las 15:30 almorzaremos 6 empanadas invitada por nosotros, y pueden probar lo que ofrece un restaurante de la zona si lo deseas asumir a tu cargo. Emprenderemos el regreso a la Ciudad contemplando el cambio de color del Río Mendoza al pasar por diferentes afluentes, vamos a apreciar las diferentes formaciones geológicas. Salimos 7 AM para aprovechar a conocer todos los sitios planeados y volver con horas del luz al centro de Mendoza, recorriendo 400 km aproximadamente. No hay experiencia más completa en Mendoza en un sólo día

Degusta y hace tu propio chocolate. Somos la tercera generación de chocolateros trabajando en una empresa familiar de 45 años de trayectoria. En esta experiencia vamos a guiar a nuestros huéspedes en una degustación de chocolates premium y vinos de bodegas mendocinas. La degustación será guiada personalmente por Carla (abogada y miembro de Cabaña) y Tomás (chocolatero) quienes llevan el chocolate en su sangre y buscan mantener la imagen de sus abuelos fundadores. Luego de la degustación podrás pasar a nuestra fábrica y crear tus propios chocolates para llevártelos a tu casa. La experiencia se desarrollará en el local de Avenida San Martín 1454 de la capital de Mendoza donde se encuentra la sucursal central y la fábrica de elaboración de chocolates a la vista de los clientes. La experiencia incluye el chocolate, vino, agua y un descuento para luego comprar en nuestra tienda. Te invitamos a sumergirte en un mundo apasionante y de sabores explosivos.
