In the "Evelina" apartment, we have given emphasis on the details, the aesthetics and the suitability of the spaces for the comfort of our guests. The quietness and functionality of each room contribute to the pleasant senses of the visitor, to his relaxation and the sense of being in his personal space.
The apartment has an open living room with dining area and a kitchen with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The use is free in its entirety, with access to all rooms that are on the same level and satisfies the needs of a couple or a family of five people, is also safe for children.
We are available to offer the best service to our guests. The quality of our services, cleanliness, comfort and aesthetics are the main features of our hospitality.
This modern residential area is often featured in lifestyle guides for its excellent restaurants, taverns, cafes, and bars. It's a short drive to some of the best beaches of Attica, and walking distance from Metro station.
The apartment is near the metro station Argyroupoli (line M2) just a 3-4 minute walking. The ideal location of a house without the need to use a car. However a parking space is available in front of the house upon request.
The parking space is available in front of the House, except Saturdays from 5:00 to 15:30, February 2 and for four months, as the entrance and exit from our street will be closed do to Market Stall that is taking place on Agias Varvaras Street. Alternatively, if you want to move on Saturday morning you have the possibility to park (ideally in the afternoon) of Friday in the surrounding streets.
