Artur or Ar-Kent Holiday Site is the second biggest holiday site of Europe in the unique coves of the North Aegean, located on an area of 2.165.000 m2, 1.5 hours to Balıkesir, 2 hours to Izmir and 30 minutes to Ayvalık.
The house is located at Marti Bay and is only few steps away from the sea. It has an amazing sea view and a tranquil garden. The house is renovated in 2018.
