A Panopticon sculpture illuminated at night glowing bright blue. The views are far reaching and dramatic. To get to the Halo you can follow the Shoe Trail from Rawtenstall Town Centre, a 2 mile route featuring 28 huge clay shoes celebrating the Valley shoe industry heritage.
