Rent a bike near by and cruise around. Vancouver is known for its bike lanes and you have to do the seawall on a crisp clear day.

Want to ride a bike along the seawall come to BSP to rent a bike for the day. Very competitive rates and great customer service. (Rental desk is on Hornby and Pacific)
