Gym and great pool just about a mile from Optimism House. Out of towners can buy a pass to work out here while in town (DC Residents can access for free).

You won't find many public pool with this size in the city. is a national aquatics complex containing a 50-meter by 25 yard competition pool and leisure pool.

Basketball courts, Tennis courts, watermark and playground for kids... and an indoor pool though you might need help spotting that.
